Recipe for Colored Candy Floss:
- Raw Materials
- White Sugar: 1000g (Granules are the bigger the better)
- Food Colorant: 10g
- Purified Water: 15g (Less water is the easier to dry.)
- Method of Preparation
- Put food colorant into purified water and mix them up
- Put the mixed colorant into sugar, and stir them until the mixture reaches a high mixing uniformity.
- Dry the colored sugar with electric fan
- As per the proportion of 1:5, put the dry colored sugar into white sugar, and mix them up.
